Vending Machine Issue: Pack Didn’t Drop / Got Stuck

If your product doesn’t deploy or gets stuck inside the machine, we’ll make it right. Once verified, we will send a free replacement pack to compensate.


What to do at the machine

  1. Do not shake or tip the machine.
  2. Take a clear photo or short video showing the stuck pack (or empty drop area).
  3. Note the location, date/time, and the row/selection you chose.

What to send us

  1. Machine location (store name + city/state)
  2. Date & time of purchase
  3. Row/selection (example: “Row 15”)
  4. Proof of purchase (receipt/transaction ID or last 4 digits of card)
  5. Photo/video evidence (recommended)
Please report vending machine issues within 48 hours of purchase. Claims may be denied if the issue can’t be verified or if the machine was tampered with.
