Shipping policy

PHYSICAL MACHINE DISPENSES The Golden Pack currently operates as an automated retail business. All physical products are purchased and dispensed directly on-site at our machine locations. We do not currently offer shipping for physical products purchased through our website.

DIGITAL DELIVERY (E-GIFT CARDS) Any e-gift cards issued under our Machine Error Policy are delivered digitally to the email address provided by the customer. Delivery of digital codes is typically immediate upon issuance by our support team, but may take up to 24 hours to process during weekend reviews.
